Driftwood Public Library not only has books galore, it’s a hub of activities including speakers, Tech Tuesdays, kids programming, Adult Science Night, special events and more. In the Fall, check out the Dark and Stormy Night Author series, as well as the Winter Solstice Celebration in December and the Coastal Encounters program in May to learn all about coastal living (think clamming and crabbing and more).  Find a good read for the beach, join a book club, mingle with local authors at a speaking engagement or rent a meeting room for your corporate retreat. There are also computers with internet access, copiers, scanners, videos, musical selections, historical Oregon newspapers, eBooks, a virtual reference library and online services available. The diverse array of resources at the Driftwood Public Library has been serving the interests and needs of locals and visitors alike for decades.
