A bit removed from the sounds of Highway 101 and closer to the sounds of the nearby ocean, you’ll find the Tap Room at the Rusty Truck Brewing Company. The business' main restaurant, The Pizza Pub, operates seasonally – closing in the winter – but at the Tap Room, you'll find plenty to keep you warm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. One of the most crowd-pleasing activities is trying new brews before they hit any of the state's other taps that serve Rusty Truck varieties. Personal pan pizzas pair perfectly with the Rusty Truck ales whether you prefer hoppy, malty or fruity brews. And seasonal ales, like Cherry Chocoholic Baltic Porter, can be enjoyed here too. The Brewery at Rusty Truck Brewing, located behind the Rusty Truck Pizza Pub right on Highway 101 in Lincoln City’s historic Taft District, features a tap room, which is the place to try unique ales that sport a coastal flair. And if they aren’t out at an event, be sure to get a photo with a member of the popular Rusty truck fleet – beautifully restored vintage trucks that include the Thirst Rescue, Rusty, Rocky and Bullwinkle.
