The " Chef Outta Water, " series is excited to host Chef Sergio Mata from the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa in San Carlos, Mexico for a series of dining events. "Seafood and the Sea of Cortez" will take you on a journey exploring the seafood cooking styles of the state of Sonora Mexico with an emphasis on Paella.
