Kendra's River Inn Food & Lodging is a relaxing bed and breakfast in between Wheeler and Nehalem, on the bank of the Nehalem River, in the Northern Oregon coast. Kendra's River Inn has been open since 2015, but Kendra herself has a total of 17 years of cooking and restaurant ownership in Tillamook county, with her first business being the Whiskey Creek Cafe which was located by Cape Lookout.
We believe there needs to be places that feel like going home; places to relax and to re-charge, eat a great meal, and make you smile. Our aim is and has always been to make the Kendra’s River Inn one of these places. What sets us apart are the personally hand crafted dishes made with as many local ingredients as possible, with love and care going into every recipe.
Beautiful views of the serene Nehalem River, tall trees, and green pasture land grace our rooms at the Inn. Our quiet location is easily accessed from Highway 101. Comfortable and inviting king or queen beds, private baths, and beautiful decor appoint every room, making your stay memorable.
As a bonus, Kendra's River Inn has a full service restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner. The restaurant features family beach food and American cuisine, along with daily specials made with the freshest, local ingredients available. Each dish is hand crafted by Chef Kendra or Executive Chef Ben Larson (Oregon Culinary Institute) and created from their hearts.
