Historic Building Assessment Workshop
Students gain knowledge and practical hands-on experience in analysis and documentation of a historic building. They will assist in a preliminary assessment of existing building conditions, including materials, components and systems to determine qualities and deterioration. Students will also review available historical information. The Lindgren Cabin is a hand-hewn cedar cabin built in 1922 on the Nahalem River and later moved to Cullaby Lake. Participants do not need to be degree-seeking students to participate in workshops. This course is worth one credit.
