South Bay Wild owners Rob and Tiffani Seitz use recipes that are classic and timeless featuring only the freshest local seafood harvested from the Pacific.
With about 20 years of fishing experience in Astoria, Rob Seitz is a self-described commercial fisherman, entrepreneur and poet and is a regular participant in the Fisherpoets Gathering in Astoria. South Bay Wild, Inc. was established in 2013 by the Seitzes to catch, process and sell seafood directly to customers while fishing for the California Groundfish Collective in Morro Bay, California. The Seitzes moved back to Astoria in 2017 with their vessel to continue their sustainable fishing operation and opened South Bay Wild Seafood Market and Restaurant in July of 2018.
