Yoga at Circle Creek
Yoga is a very portable practice, yet few of us take time for a full yoga practice outside or in nature. Here is an opportunity to do just that. What does yoga have to do with conservation? How can yoga lead us to a deeper understanding of nature? Yoga is about one’s nature and one’s connectedness to all. Nature is the ultimate inspiration for interconnectedness: how we relate to ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we relate to the natural world. Join Lorraine Ortiz for a yoga practice to explore these connections in the beautiful, natural setting of Circle Creek Conservation Center. This classical yoga practice is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners—even those new to yoga.
